We were surprised how calm and quiet baby Elaine was while she was getting her face painted- She didn't move a bit! Of course after the artist's done painting, baby Elaine became her old self -- running and jumping again! 我們都覺得很希奇以琳竟然會安靜的,乖乖的讓人家幫她畫臉.當然,當阿姨幫她畫臉完,以琳馬上又變回活潑亂跳的小女孩了!

Make Up Practice 練習化妝

Every week mommy and baby Elaine would visit a museum and Monkey Bizness. This week we went to the Children's Museum!

媽媽和以林每週都會去個博物館,這個星期我們一起去兒童博物館!

Peekaboo!

Ever since Elaine watched A-hsin yeye does her make ups in the morning this is what happens when Elaine sees a brush now... (sigh~ I can almost see big$ spending on make ups in the future...Mommy's worried) 至從以琳看到阿心阿姨早上化妝後,每當以琳拿到一把刷子時,就會這樣子做...(阿心阿姨真是害人不淺喔~)

Helping out with the Laundry 幫忙折衣服

First, I helped out by trying on mommy's shirt 第一,我幫媽媽穿穿她的衣服

Secondly, I unfolded some of the folded shirts and threw them into the basket again. 第二, 我幫忙把折好的衣服丟到還沒折好的衣服堆裡.

Thirdly, after daddy and mommy's finished folding their clothes, I climbed into the basket and claimed it as my own. 第三, 爸爸媽媽折好衣服後,我爬到籃子裡當作自己的寶座.

Didn't I do a good job helping out? 我表現的還不錯吧?

My New Dress 我的新衣服

Although mommy doesn't want too much pink in my wardrobe... this particular one is just too cute!! 雖然媽媽不太喜歡讓我穿太多粉紅色的衣服,但是這一套實在是可愛到不行了~

Monkey Bizness 以琳最愛遊戲

Mommy would take Elaine to Monkey Bizness once a week, just to let Elaine exercise and burn off some of her extra energy. This inflatables is one of Elaine's favorite, she could climb up and slide down about 10 times in an hour. 媽媽每個星期都會帶以琳到Monkey Bizness去玩耍,好讓她運動順便消耗些體力. 這個氣墊式的遊戲是以琳最喜歡玩的,在一個小十內她可以自己爬上去滑下來十次左右.

A-hsin yeye's short visit 阿心阿姨來看我!

A-hsin yeye came to visit us from Maryland for 4 days (for her finger printing). Like always, it was too short, but we had LOTS of fun! 阿心阿姨從馬里蘭州回來看我了! 雖然時間很短,可是我們玩的很快樂喔!

In preparing for toilet training Elaine, we decided to let her get "familiar" with her toilet first.... but we didn't know it's gonna turn out this way....

Wildlife Experience

We are so blessed to live so close to a museum, and this season's exhibition "From Wolf to Woof" is perfect for Elaine! She's such a dog lover!

Our little scholar is checking out her favorite animal and seeing the world through a dog's eye.

Baby Elaine even got to pretend to be a sea turtle!
