My First Haircut 第一次剪頭髮

I've decided to take Elaine to a kid's salon before Christmas/ meeting her little brother. Elaine enjoyed the experience very much and behaves like a little lady.

我決定在聖誕節之前/以琳見到她弟弟之前, 戴以琳去剪個漂亮的頭髮. 整個過程以琳都好乖也很合作.(是愛漂亮的天性吧...)

Counting Down to Christmas 倒數計時聖誕節的來臨

Everyday Elaine looked forward to opening a tiny little drawer and sharing a chocolate with daddy. By the time we reach box 24, it'll be Christmas!

每一天以琳最期待的事就是跟爸爸一起打開小抽屜,拿出一顆巧克力跟爸爸一起分享. 當我們翻到第24個抽屜時,聖誕節就到了!

This year we set up our Christmas tree early, so mommy can teach Elaine a little bit about the meaning of Christmas. Elaine was such a good helper when it comes to putting on the ornaments! 今年我們把聖誕樹早早的擺了起來,好讓媽媽教以琳一些聖誕節的意義. 以琳真是個好幫手,手忙腳亂的幫媽媽把裝飾吊起來!

Thanksgiving Potluck 感恩節聚餐

This year we're so blessed to spend our thanksgiving with some of our cell group friends and overseas Chinese students. To most of them, thanksgiving is a new concept, as it was for Elaine as well.感謝主, 今年我們的感恩節是跟一些中國學生度過的.對他們來說感恩節是一個新的節日.對以琳來說也為何不是如此.

Elaine's prayer that night : " Dear Jesus, thank you for giving me a good baba, a good mama, a good brother, a good A-hsin Ayee, a good A gong Ama, good Aye Ama, good...." The list goes on...
以琳當天晚上的禱告:"親愛的耶穌,謝謝祢給我一個好爸爸,好媽媽,好弟弟,好阿心阿姨,好阿公阿媽,好爺爺嬤嬤,好..." 她把她所認識的人全部都說了...
